Khoresht are an important part of Iranian cusine. They are eaten with either rice or bread. The word Khoresht in Persian stands for a stewed type of sauce which is usually prepared with meat or fowl combined with fresh or dried vegetables, fresh or dried fruit, and sometimes nuts.

Polow is rice mixed with other ingredients, usually one main ingredient. It is mostly eaten with side dishes such as Torshi or different variations of yoghurt.

Aash is a thick soup that is a complete meal by itself. It is mostly vegetarian, and consists of a mixture of different herbs as well as beans and sometimes grains.

Dolmas are stuffed vegatables cooked over low heat. The stuffing mostly consists of rice, herbs, and sometimes meat. Our dolmas here are all vegetarian.
